Transform the way people experience you.

The Art of Brave Witnessing

SEPTEMBER 2ND, AT 6PM MT, 8PMET

LIVE ON ZOOM

Whether you're leading a team, raising a child, supporting clients, or nurturing the people you love, discover the skill that creates deeper trust, stronger relationships, and conversations that truly matter.

A Free Live Interactive Workshop

Every day, people make decisions about whether it's safe to be honest with us.

They decide whether to tell us what's really going on...
or just say, "I'm fine."

They decide whether to ask for help...
or carry their burdens alone.

They decide whether to bring us their struggles...
or hide the parts of themselves they fear won't be understood.

Most of us assume trust is built through good intentions.

But trust is built through experience.

How do people experience you?

The Art of Brave Witnessing is an introduction to one of the most overlooked relationship and leadership skills: creating conversations where people feel safe enough to tell the truth.

Whether you're a parent, partner, friend, therapist, coach, healthcare professional, educator, leader, advocate, filmmaker, podcaster, or simply someone who wants to build deeper relationships, this workshop will help you understand how your presence can either invite honesty—or unintentionally shut it down.

You'll leave with a new understanding of why people open up to some people but not others, and practical ways to create more trust, more connection, and more meaningful conversations in every area of your life.

During this workshop you'll discover...

• Why people often hide what they're really thinking and feeling.

• The surprising ways we unintentionally shut people down.

• Why certainty can quietly damage intimacy, trust, and leadership.

• How to create conversations where people feel understood instead of judged.

• The difference between listening, fixing, advising...and truly witnessing.

• Practical tools you can begin using immediately in your personal and professional relationships.

Imagine becoming...

The person your child runs to.

The partner your spouse feels safe confiding in.

The leader employees trust.

The therapist clients open up to.

The coach people remember.

The friend people call first.

The person others leave saying,

"I've never felt so understood."

Who should attend?

This workshop is for anyone who wants to create deeper trust and stronger relationships, including:

• Parents

• Partners

• Therapists

• Coaches

• Healthcare professionals

• Educators

• Nonprofit leaders

• Managers and executives

• HR professionals

• Podcasters and journalists

• Advocates and community leaders

• Anyone who wants to become someone people feel safe talking to.

Creative Joy Lab is a playful, fully guided 6-session creative experience for women who want to reconnect with joy, creativity, and community without the pressure of being “good” at art. Led by an occupational therapist, this welcoming in-person series invites participants to explore a variety of creative modalities — including movement, drama, visual art, music, tactile art, and creative writing — in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment focused on process over perfection.

Each session is designed to help women unwind, experiment, laugh, collaborate, and express themselves freely through intentionally imperfect and often humorous creative activities. This is not an art class and not therapy, but it is deeply restorative and connection-centered. No creative experience is needed — only a willingness to show up, try something new, and make a joyful mess together.

At Creative Joy Lab, participants are encouraged to:

  • Explore creativity without pressure or performance
  • Experiment with different forms of artistic expression
  • Collaborate and connect with other women
  • Practice being seen without needing to get things “right”
  • Engage in creativity as a meaningful form of self-care and play

All materials are provided. We offer applause only — no critique, competition, or pressure to share personally unless you choose to.

✨ Creative Joy Lab meets every other Monday from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Session Dates:

  • June 15
  • June 29
  • July 13
  • July 27
  • August 10
