I faced countless challenges, many rooted in the emotional and psychological abuse I experienced under my mama's broken wing. Like so many of you, I had dreams, but no clear path to achieving them. Guilt and shame weighed me down, but I fought hard to rise above it all.

Join us for an in person or online occupational therapy centered workshp designed to help you:
