The Brave Women's Community Theatre's offers two separate tiers of programming.  We create a curriculum specifically for tween and adolescent girls ages 10 through 18 to address common issues amongst this population.  Our adult women's program includes  any individual who identifies as female ages 19 through the lifespan.  


Yes, our private services offer a personalized approach to empower individuals on their unique journeys. Whether navigating life transitions, seeking personal development, or overcoming specific challenges, our one-on-one sessions, blending traditional psychotherapy and creative arts therapies, are crafted to meet your individual needs. From confidence and identity coaching to goal-oriented life coaching, we provide professional guidance in a confidential and safe environment. 


 No, prior creative arts experience is not a requirement to participate in The Brave Women's Community Theatre programs. Our approach is inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. Whether you're a seasoned creative artist or exploring the arts for the first time, our programs are designed to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Our goal is to provide a space where every woman and girl can explore, create, and express themselves freely, regardless of previous creative arts experience. 


While group psychotherapy is not typically covered by most insurance plans, we understand the importance of making our services accessible. To keep our pricing fair and inclusive, we offer flexible payment options, including installment plans. It's crucial to note that in order to maintain the quality of our programs, compensate our skilled group facilitators, and ensure a supportive environment, fees are allocated accordingly.
